The Seller may decide at any time to not sell, to stop negotiating or to cease communication altogether with you and/or us. We have no understanding of whether the Seller is negotiating with multiple parties (besides us). Anyone interested in off market deals therefore bears these risks.

2. Off market deals are for principals only. If agents want access to our off market deals, they will need to either be paid by their client seperately or have some arrangement worked out with us ahead of time.

3. The NDA will require anyone to sign that they are not entitled to a fee in representation.
